双極症ノート（以下「本アプリ」）は、Shinji Narimura が提供するセルフケア記録アプリです。本アプリは、気分・睡眠・服薬・歩数などの記録を行い、日々の変化を振り返るために提供されています。
収集する情報
本アプリでは、ユーザーが入力した記録情報を扱います。これには、気分、睡眠時間、服薬記録、任意のメモなどが含まれます。また、ユーザーが許可した場合に限り、iOS のヘルスケアまたは Android の Health Connect から歩数データを読み取ります。
情報の保存場所
現時点では、これらの記録はユーザーの端末内に保存されます。アカウント作成、クラウド同期、広告配信、アクセス解析のために記録データを外部サーバーへ自動送信する仕組みは導入していません。
ヘルスケア連携について
本アプリがヘルスケア連携で読み取る対象は歩数データのみです。読み取った歩数データは、本アプリ内で日別の歩数記録として保存し、客観データの振り返り表示に利用します。本アプリからヘルスケアへデータを書き込むことはありません。
第三者提供
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報や記録データを販売・貸与・共有しません。ただし、法令に基づく要請があった場合など、正当な理由がある場合はこの限りではありません。
医療上の注意
本アプリは、診断、治療、医療判断、服薬指導を目的としたものではありません。体調や治療に関する判断は、医師などの専門家にご相談ください。
データの保持
記録データは、ユーザーが削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保持されます。将来的にクラウド保存や外部連携機能を追加する場合は、本ポリシーを更新します。
子どものプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。また、13 歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
セキュリティ
本アプリでは、取り扱う情報の保護に配慮します。ただし、あらゆる保存方法や通信方法において完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
変更について
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。内容に変更があった場合は、本ページの更新をもって通知します。

Sohkyoku Note (the “App”) is a self-care journaling app provided by Shinji Narimura. The App is designed to help users record mood, sleep, medication, steps, and related daily information for personal reflection.
Information Handled by the App
The App handles records entered by users, including mood records, sleep duration, medication records, and optional notes. If the user grants permission, the App may also read step count data from Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android.
Where Information Is Stored
At this time, records are stored on the user’s device. The App does not provide account creation, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, or automatic transmission of record data to external servers.
Health Data Integration
The App only reads step count data through health data integration. The step count data is stored in the App as daily step records and used for reviewing objective activity data. The App does not write data to Apple Health or Health Connect.
Sharing with Third Parties
The App does not sell, rent, or share users’ personal information or record data with third parties. However, information may be disclosed when required by law or when there is another legitimate reason.
Medical Disclaimer
The App is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, medical decision-making, or medication guidance. Please consult a qualified medical professional for decisions regarding your health or treatment.
Data Retention
Records remain stored on the user’s device until the user deletes them or uninstalls the App. If cloud storage or external integrations are added in the future, this policy will be updated.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
The App takes care to protect the information it handles. However, no storage or communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. Changes will be announced by updating this page.
